Our story is rooted in lived experience.
After 20 years in retail, our founder Liz found herself navigating the transition back to work after having her second child. While the post-pandemic world had ushered in a rise in flexible working, it still didn’t quite meet the real-life demands of balancing a career with the evolving identity of being a mother of two. There was no guidebook for returning to work in retail as a parent—no roadmap for how to juggle professional goals with the emotional and logistical weight of parenting.
These weren’t just Liz’s questions. They were echoed by other parents she spoke to—people who also felt the pressures of a demanding industry and the lack of meaningful support.
Today, our mission is to bring that understanding and empathy into the heart of retail—helping individuals and businesses create environments where people can thrive, not just professionally, but personally too.
